Race Day Just Became Every Day.

The New Balance SuperComp Rebel v1 combines the lightweight freedom of the Rebel family with the plated performance previously associated with the SuperComp Trainer.

A full-length Infinion foam midsole delivers soft, energetic cushioning with enough durability for regular training. Its 39 mm heel and 35 mm forefoot create a protective platform, while the low 4 mm drop and pronounced rocker move you quickly from landing through toe-off.

Instead of positioning a rigid carbon plate through the centre of the midsole, New Balance places a carbon-infused propulsion plate closer to the ground. This bottom-loaded design stabilises the soft foam and adds forward drive without giving the shoe the harsh or overly stiff sensation of a traditional racing shoe.

The result is a performance trainer capable of handling considerably more than speed sessions. It feels comfortable at an everyday pace, comes alive during tempo work and has enough efficiency for long runs and race day.

A lightweight FANTOMFIT upper uses bonded reinforcement to secure the midfoot and heel without adding unnecessary structure. Durable outsole coverage provides the traction and lifespan needed for repetitive training.

The SC Rebel does not save its best behaviour for race day. Neither should you.
