What You’ll Do
🔹 Be the face of RUN – Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel at home the moment they step inside.
🔹 Share your knowledge – Help runners find the perfect shoe, gear, or accessory, whether they’re tackling their first 5K or training for an ultra.
🔹 Keep things moving – Maintain store inventory, stock shelves, and ensure the space is looking its best.
🔹 Work with the team – Jump in wherever needed, support your co-workers, and create an environment that runners want to return to.
🔹 Stay ahead of the game – Continuously learn about new products, gait analysis, and the latest innovations in running footwear and apparel.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and a passion for running matter more.
✅ Someone who listens, problem-solves, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
✅ A team player who’s adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to dive in.
✅ Comfortable with technology—tablets, POS systems, and learning new software.
✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic retail setting.

At RUN, we’re not just about selling shoes—we’re about telling stories, inspiring runners, and building a brand that runners trust. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and organized individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant, helping us grow our online presence and keep our community engaged.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Own our online store – Manage product listings, update inventory, and ensure seamless customer experiences on Shopify.
🔹 Keep our brand fresh – Maintain website content, banners, and promotions, making sure everything stays up to date and engaging.
🔹 Be a voice for RUN – Assist in creating and scheduling content across our social media platforms, engaging with our community, and responding to messages.
🔹 Support our events – Help bring RUN to life at races, store events, and activations, ensuring our brand is represented with energy and authenticity.
🔹 Work with data – Analyze online performance, track campaign success, and provide insights to improve engagement and sales.
🔹 Assist with email marketing – Help craft newsletters and promotional campaigns that keep our customers in the loop.
What We’re Looking For
✅ A runner at heart who understands the sport, the products, and the community.
✅ Experience in e-commerce – Shopify experience is a must. Bonus points for familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or other digital tools.
✅ Social media savvy – Comfortable creating and scheduling content, writing captions, and engaging with followers.
✅ Marketing mindset – Understanding of branding, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.
✅ Tech-oriented – Strong IT skills and ability to troubleshoot website or system issues.
✅ A self-starter – Someone who can manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
✅ Great communication skills – Both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
