DESCRIPTION

The Superblast 3 is classified as a neutral road running shoe built for high-mileage training. It sits in the category of “super trainers”—shoes that borrow advanced foam technology from racing shoes but are designed for everyday running.

Unlike many modern performance trainers, it does not include a carbon plate, which makes it more flexible and comfortable for longer runs while still providing a responsive ride. The shoe is particularly suited for:
