A greatly improved transition improves upon the slappiness of version 5, making the Novablast 6 a cushioned, durable, comfortable, lighter training shoe that stays at an excellent price.

• Midsole FoamFF BLAST™ MAXThe core cushioning. This compound is known for being softer, lighter, and more responsive than the previous FF BLAST PLUS. It delivers a plush, cushioned landing with a high energy return for a bouncy ride.
• The midsole and outsole are engineered to compress and spring back quickly, creating a dynamic, trampoline-like effect that propels the runner forward at toe-off.
• Typically high-stacked, placing it in the maximalist category. For men's models, the stack is usually around 41.5 mm (Heel) / 33.5 mm (Forefoot).
• Designed to be lightweight and highly breathable. Often features a specific knit pattern for targeted support and flexibility, while also incorporating a significant percentage of recycled materials (e.g 75% in the Novablast 5).
• ASICS High Abrasion Rubber (Low Density). Strategically placed in high-wear areas for durability and reliable traction, while keeping the overall weight of the shoe down.
