Welcome to our Black Friday Sale! As the much-anticipated day approaches, we're gearing up to offer you incredible deals and discounts. While we strive to provide the best shopping experience, please understand that Black Friday can be an exceptionally busy period for us. Rest assured, our dedicated team is committed to assisting you to the best of our abilities. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this exciting event.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. While we aim to have all orders shipped by Monday, November 27th, please understand that we rely on courier services, and there may be factors beyond our control that affect delivery times.
Whilst we will strive to ensure you receive your product within 48/72 hours, please note that during this period you can expect delivery delays due to high demand.
Deliveries can take between 7-10 days from the date of shipping.
All Black Friday deals are subject to stock availability. We recommend making your selections early, as items may sell out quickly.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to lodge a return request. Please note that cash refunds are not available during the Black Friday sale. Instead, you can request store credit.
Please be advised that stock can be split up between the stores and our warehouse. If you want to specifically travel to a store to try a Black Friday special on, please confirm in advance before travelling to a particular store.
There will be additional in-store promo's, which are not available online.
