Whether you’re cruising the roads or scaling the mountains, your footwear requirements are going to change drastically. Road shoes are traditionally more lightweight and responsive and with less need for traction. Mountain runners on the other hand need more protection, structure and grip - hello to more aggressive lugs and hardier uppers. Choose your poison.
Where are you running?
Run both? Choose the option for the type of shoe you’re currently looking to purchase, or the option that you run most (i.e. 70% trail, 30% road then choose the trail option)
