Description

This powerhouse of trail is redesigned with more protection and grip for our demanding trail conditions. It is a neutral shoe which does however offer a balanced level of stability through Mizuno's wave plate technology, making it a great trail shoe option for those wanting to run longer distances on the trail. The combination of the premium Mizuno Enerzy midsole + the Wave plate will assist in keeping your feet not only comfortable but maintaining good running form as your legs tire on long distance runs. The outsole is designed by Michelin Rubber, features their grippy rubber compounds but designed with exceptionally aggressive lugs for wet and dry conditions.

The shoe also features a built in rock plate for added protection from sharp rocks.

Mizuno Wave consists of an elastic, thermal plastic wave running from the heel to the midfoot, creating a springy and well-cushioned ride
U4icX is a lightweight midsole compound  that provides plus cushioning with high-energy return
ESS Rock Plate provides protection against sharp trail objects, all while remaining semi-flexible
XtaRide technical trail concept features X lugs and Xta groove for adaptability to trail surfaces
OrthoLite Sockliner is anti-microbial and moisture wicking for a healthy foot environment

Outsole

Michelin rubber is extremely durable and grippy in wet and dry conditions
XtaGrip outsole composed of Michelin rubber is built for durability, grip, and comfort

Upper

Airmesh allows for a breathable and cool running experience and optimises foot movement
Dynamotion Fit creates optimal fit using stretch material in the forefoot and a collar construction that prevents the heel collar from buckling under load.
