My items don't fit, now what?

First, by the very fact that you’re reading this means you’ve either made a purchase, or are considering a purchase, and as such we are extremely grateful. Nothing makes us more satisfied than a happy runner so we will do our very best to make any returns as painless as possible so you are back up and running as soon as possible.

Subject to our terms and conditions, returns can be process the following ways:

a. In-store

b. Send them back to us, and we will resend you the correct size.


Goodness, we are so sorry! Sometimes mistakes can happen and we know this can be an inconvenience. We promise to rectify the problem and provide a service that would make you want to hug us (if you were a hugger).

Please log your return (above) and we will arrange to collect and/or replace your missing order items. And we may throw in a free pair of socks for the inconvenience.

Where do I send my return to?

Once you have logged your return, we will advise which store you can send your items to.

I have a warranty claim, what do I do?

All our products are covered by a 6 month warranty from manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

This means any product that is prematurely wearing due to product fault – and this doesn’t mean falling to bits because you’re shredding down some gnarly technical single track – then please send us an email with the details to Alternatively you can drop into one of our outlets and the trail junkies there will help you out.
