Delivery Policy

RUN WEBSITE PURCHASES (ONLY)

The following Delivery Policy is valid only for merchandise purchased via the RUN website. This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs.

  1. Main Centre Delivery (1 to 2 working days) is subject to stock availability, limited to main centres and only applies to items accordingly identified. Orders placed on a Friday (or public holidays) will be delivered on the following Monday. In the case of a mixed basket, our standard delivery policy of 3-5 working days will apply.
  2. Outlying areas delivery (3-5 working days)
  3. Free shipping for orders over R500 applies to all regions in South Africa
  4. We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, where someone is available to sign for and receive the shoes during work hours.
  5. Quoted delivery times are a guide only and we are not held responsible to any unforeseen delivery delays that may include but are not limited to: natural disasters, road closures, workers strikes, and vehicle breakdowns. RUN however will endeavour to rectify in a timely manner any delays that may have occurred.
  6. A unique order number will be communicated to you via email which can be used to track the status of your order.
  7. All orders are shipped with Courier It. Should you wish to track your order, please do so through their website: www.courierit.co.za or phone 21 555 6777
  8. We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is not suitable.
  9. Should you have an specific requests relating to your delivery, please add them in the “Notes” field when providing your shipping details.
  10. All parcels delivered will be secured with a unique purchase sealing tape. Should this be broken, please follow the guidance below in point 12.
  11. The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.
  12. Should your shipment arrived damaged in anyway or not to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately via email: admin@runstore.co.za
